Terms of Service

1. The service

Slydn provides a platform for automating Instagram direct messages and managing Instagram engagement workflows ("Service"). The Service integrates with Meta's official Instagram Messaging API and operates within Meta's Platform Policies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Slydn. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Slydn on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slydn account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at office@slydn.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with any person not authorised to access your account. Use Slydn's team roles feature to give collaborators appropriate access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slydn to:

• Violate Meta's Platform Policies or Instagram's Community Guidelines
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any user
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Attempt to circumvent Meta's rate limits or platform restrictions
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are stated on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we specifically agree in writing.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a reasonable grace period. You remain responsible for all fees accrued.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create using Slydn — automation templates, message copy, and any other materials. By using the Service, you grant Slydn a limited licence to store and process your content solely as necessary to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your automation content complies with applicable laws and Meta's policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Slydn name, logo, product design, and all software comprising the Service are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the actions of Meta or any changes Meta makes to its platform or API that affect the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slydn's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate your account for cause (including violation of these Terms) with immediate effect, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.

On termination, your access to the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
